Founder & President Alexis Walsh
Alexis Walsh is an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida, nonprofit leader, and PhD researcher focused on education and emerging technology. Her background spans higher education, nonprofit growth, digital communications, and community-focused public engagement, including prior experience working in K–12 education.
Founding Director & Board Secretary Nicole Moore
Nicole Moore is a Cyber Officer in the U.S. Army and graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where she studied Aviation Business and Supply Chain Management. Nicole brings a disciplined, strategic, and ethics-focused leadership perspective shaped by her military service and experience working across diverse environments. Her background in cybersecurity, operations, and organizational accountability helps support the Center’s commitment to transparency, responsible governance, and public trust.
Founding Director Joshua Smith
Joshua (Josh) Smith brings a thoughtful, values-driven perspective to discussions surrounding ethics, public impact, and emerging technology. With a strong aptitude for STEM disciplines and a background in robotics engineering, Josh contributes analytical thinking and long-term perspective to the organization’s leadership. He is deeply grounded in principles of responsibility, empathy, and integrity, helping ensure the Center remains aligned with its mission of serving the public good.
